About Property in Extremadura

PropertyInEx was established as an estate agent towards the end of 2005 as Crown, but was renamed as PropertyInEx in 2008 to more strongly reflect the links with Extremadura. The estate agent's proprietor is Mike Graham, a Yorkshireman hailing from Leeds, who has been living in Zafra for some 30 years, having raised a family of 4 children with his Spanish wife.

Mike spent several years preparing to establish his estate agent business in Extremadura as he started to withdraw from his previous career in the oil industry.

PropertyInEx work closely with Spanish estate agents and a network of contacts across Extremadura to find the best properties in the region to present to our customers.

Our new website has been developed inhouse by local web developer Ian Pullen who's based near Llerena. He's aiming to continually develop this site to make it as useful as possible, drawing upon his experience of working with Pattinson estate agents in the north east of England some years ago.
