Solicitors

There are many solicitors to choose from in this area, however it is rare to find any who are English speaking. We will obviously assist in your dealings with a solicitor and are happy to recommend the company of solicitors that we ourselves use.

Their fees are 2% of the purchase price (subject to a minimum fee of 600€), plus 150€ travel charge for each time they are required to attend away from their office. In most cases this will only be one occasion, when signing with the notary, but in more complicated purchases there may be other occasions when this fee will be levied.
