Nogales

Nogales is an attractive village of a little over 800 people opped off by a castle, similar in style to the castle at Feria, that dates back to 1458.

There are some wonderful views from many parts of the village out over the open countryside.

The 35km to Zafra takes less than 30 minutes by car and the A66 just the other side gives easy access to Seville in about another hour and a quarter from Zafra.

However the border city of Badajoz is just 50km from Nogales, with Portugal just a few minutes drive from Badajoz. Nogales contains all the necessary shops and services for daily life, but Badajoz and Zafra ensure that large shops are not far away.
